VPServ Licensing

VPServ is proprietary software developed and distributed by AbotLogix.

Downloading, installing, or using VPServ does not transfer ownership of the application, its source code, branding, backend services, package infrastructure, website, or related intellectual property to the user.

VPServ is not released as an open-source application unless a specific component is explicitly identified as open source.

Users may install and use VPServ for lawful personal, educational, development, testing, and commercial project workflows, subject to the terms provided with the application.

Users may use the terminal, supported tools, project environments, local servers, logs, tunnels, and other available VPServ features for projects they own or are authorised to access.

Users may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or commercially distribute VPServ without written permission from AbotLogix.
• Publish, copy, modify, or distribute VPServ source code or proprietary application components.
• Remove or alter VPServ copyright, ownership, licence, branding, or attribution notices.
• Impersonate VPServ, AbotLogix, or an officially authorised distributor.
• Use VPServ to access, test, interfere with, or damage systems without permission.
• Use VPServ in violation of applicable laws, service agreements, or third-party rights.
• Bypass licence checks, security controls, download protections, access restrictions, or service limitations.
• Reverse engineer or analyse VPServ for the purpose of creating, distributing, or supporting an unauthorised copy or competing derivative of the proprietary application, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

VPServ is currently distributed as a public Beta.

Beta versions may receive frequent fixes, compatibility improvements, feature updates, and changes based on testing and user feedback.

Users should maintain their own backups of important project files and data before using Beta software.

VPServ includes, uses, or distributes third-party software under the respective licences of those components.

Applicable copyright notices, licence texts, attribution information, and source-related information are retained or provided with the relevant distributed components, application notices, or package files where required.

Third-party projects and their contributors are independent from VPServ and AbotLogix. Their inclusion does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or official support for VPServ.

The public VPServ website does not describe internal package sources, build systems, compatibility patches, repositories, dependency versions, or implementation details.

Projects, source files, configurations, databases, credentials, and other content added by users remain the responsibility of their respective owners.

VPServ does not claim ownership of user-created project content.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use, modify, host, test, or distribute any project and third-party content they add to VPServ.

VPServ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

AbotLogix does not guarantee that every project, package, dependency, Android device, network configuration, server workflow, or third-party component will operate without interruption or error.

AbotLogix is not responsible for project data loss, service interruption, configuration errors, incompatible dependencies, or damage resulting from unauthorised or unlawful use.

AbotLogix may update VPServ, its licence terms, supported features, backend services, package availability, security controls, and distribution methods.

Updated terms become effective when published with the application or on the official VPServ website.

VPServ, the VPServ logo, AbotLogix, and associated visual branding are proprietary identifiers belonging to their respective owner.

Third-party names, trademarks, and software remain the property of their respective owners.
