About VPServ
VPServ is an AbotLogix project owned by Ajeej Shaikh / AbotLogix. If a separate legal entity is registered for VPServ, its registered company name will replace this owner information.
VPServ is currently in Beta. Product availability, supported tools, application behavior, and documentation may change as the product develops.
Authorized and responsible use
Use VPServ only for lawful, authorized, and responsible development, learning, local testing, and related workflows.
- Do not use VPServ to access systems, accounts, networks, or data without permission.
- You are responsible for the projects, commands, credentials, tunnel configurations, and third-party services you choose to use.
- Do not share passwords, tunnel tokens, private keys, or other secrets in public logs or issue reports.
Beta availability
VPServ is designed primarily for development, testing, learning, local services, project demonstrations, and portable development workflows on Android.
VPServ should not be relied on for continuous production hosting. Service availability can depend on the Android device, network connection, battery state, third-party providers, and the application process.
Proprietary VPServ licence
VPServ is proprietary, closed-source software. The VPServ application code, branding, backend, user interface, orchestration logic, and package-management logic are not open source.
VPServ includes and distributes separate third-party open-source components. Those components remain governed by their respective licences, notices, attribution requirements, and source-code obligations. The proprietary VPServ licence does not override third-party open-source rights.
Third-party services
Some workflows may use third-party services or tools, such as source-code hosts, package sources, or tunnel providers. Their domains, tokens, limits, availability, authentication requirements, and usage policies are controlled by those providers and may change.

We may update these Terms as VPServ features change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
